Margot Mid Rainboot

i emailed company before the order processed saying i put my shipping address wrong and sent the correct one asking if package can be sent there. company never replied and shipped it out 2 days later, i watched the tracking as it came to my neighborhood and went all the way back to company (my address was correct just didn’t have the number on it so mailman wouldn’t be able to find my home) well i emailed the company AGAIN saying my mail service has returned my package to them and id they would send it to my correct address. i saw the tracking package finally return to company, well the company never emailed back, i still don’t have my package, tracking still says it is at the company in that state with them.. so i guess ill take the L even tho i wanted the new rain boots for work :( also sad because i wasn’t able to get a refund either since the company won’t email back. this is the only email i've got from the company and it is to leave a review… well sorry but this is it /:

The are just as pictured…adorable, perfectly fitting for my whimsical style. They were perfectly packaged without a scratch. Love the rain boots so much, I can’t wait until it rains so I can wear them.

I was wondering if these would be good quality or not, and they are! They are so comfy and didn't hurt my feet after a whole day of wearing them. The design is the cutest and really great quality. Got here fast too! Just in time for my Oregon trip.
